Plant-based banana and chocolate ice cream
In terms of ice cream recipe, I don’t think there is anything easier than doing a banana ice cream. You can add some peanut butter, or some cacao powder to spice it up a bit. In the recipe below, I’m using some cacao powder.
- 2 bananas, ripe
- 2 tsp hcacao powder
- Cut the ripe bananas into big chunks and freeze them overnight (or longer).
- In a blender, blitz the frozen banana with the cocoa powder until smooth.
Eat straight away.
