        2019 & 2020 Redbull timelaps

It’s a pretty simple event. 25 hours, a relay of 4 people going round and round Windsor Great Park on their bikes cycling as far as possible and drinking tons of Redbulls.

2020 was different because of Covid, we had to do it in our paincaves.

        2019 IronMan event

        Les Sables d’Olonne.

        2018 Etape du Tour Wales

Saying I’m a massive fan of the Tour de France would be an understatement. Although I did l’Etape du Tour and saw the red devil, it was in Wales, and I seriously think I should do it in France on a big climb, Alpe d’Huez, Tourmalet or Ventoux.

        2017 Half Iron distance triathlon

I did it with a good friend in Chantilly, another stunning venue. August, in France, I was melting on the run. 5 hours 35 minutes and 9 seconds and lots of room for improvement. And yes, I did beat my friend (he was coming back from injury).

        2016 Olympic distance triathlon

I completed it on my birthday in the stunning gardens of the Wodurn Abbey country house. 2 hours 30 minutes and 45 seconds. Best time ever.

        Tough mudder

        Half Marathon run

        Marathon distance run
